I took the liberty to paraphrase from these books where necessary. I also prepared formulas from them that helped me to test the efficiency of some to the herbs thereby furthering my appreciation of the herbs. I thank the authors and publishers of these books. I also appreciate the help of the herb sellers, friends and acquaintances for names and identification of herbs. Then my dear wife Funmi and children Seyi, Femi, Tolu who have the confidence to use my various herbal preparations for their own health. For my wife because of her own experience of the efficacy of herbs it is 100% confidence; the children are however still skeptical. The children took the photographs of the herbs which they downloaded into the computer. I also thank Sarah my erstwhile into the computer operator for her diligence.
