Piles or hemorrhoids is a common disease that has many herbal remedies. For bleeding piles squeeze basil (efirin) one handful in a cup of water and drink twice daily. For protruding piles make a ball of macerated fresh efirin and insert. Also one may insert a ball of cotton wool soaked in aloe very gel. Shred and dry young cashew leaves and drink as tea.
