Banana and orange jelly

 6 ripe bananas.                                           White of one egg

250 ml orange jelly                                     1 tablespoon castor sugar

1 tablespoon lemon juice


1 Make the orange jelly and leave to cool but not to set.

2 Peel and slice 4 bananas and put them in a glass dish.

 Sprinkle some of the lemon juice over them to prevent discoloration.

3 Pour the jelly over and leave in a cool place or in a refrigerator to set.

4 Pee and mash the remaining 2 bananas till creamy. 

Add the rest of the lemon juice and mix well.

5 Whip the white of egg stiffly and fold it in thoroughly.        

Pile on the jelly and serve.
