GREEN TEA/BLACK TEA

Both teas are prepared from camelia sinensis. It is the processing method that makes it either green or black tea. The Europeans prefer the black tea method while the Chinese prefer the green tea method. Invariably therefore green tea is Chinese while black tea is European. Green tea is a rich source of potassium, vitamins A, B6, manganese and anti -oxidants.
