BRAIN HERBS

There are many herbs both local and foreign that are good for the proper functioning of the brain. The local herbs include topical stinging nettle (Laportea ovalifolia); pulp of immature coconut(Cocus nucifera), beniseed and garlic ground into paste, mistletoe(Viscum album). The foreign herbs include Gingko biloba, Gotu kola, horsetail tea, grape seed  extract and the proprietary brainloss tea. These herbs are good for alertness and sharp memory as they improve the blood supply to the brain. Students will find these herbs quite helpful. They are natural, non addictive and completely harmless. They indeed nourish the brain. Equal amounts of beniseed and garlic ground together into a paste is a veritable brain herb preparation. It is said to improve blood circulation in the brain. Swallow a tablespoon of the paste on empty stomach and drink 1 glass of water.
