WHY RED MEAT IS NOT GOOD FOR YOU

Cow meat (beef), pig meat (pork) all fall into the category of red meat which is very dangerous to human health because of the difficulty encountered by the body in digesting them. If you must eat products from cow and pig it is advisable to eat the organ parts like liver, kidney, heart, bladder etc or better still eat fish or bird meat as part of your protein requirement. They are lighter easier to digest.
Cow or pig meat contains hard fat which is very difficult to digest hence causing the formation and deposit of cholesterol which leads to cardio vascular diseases, high blood pressure and even cancer.
