LUNGWORT(Pulmonaria officinalis)

Common Name: Spotted lungwort, maple lungwort, Jerusalem cowslip, Jerusalem sage, spotted comfrey, oak lungs, lungmoss.

It decreases the flow of menses when excessive. Use to wash ulcers and sores of all kinds. Take one-half to one teaspoonful of the liquid extract in a cup of water daily.
