Treatment: take deep breathing exercises each morning and evening and during the day. In the morning, a cold towel rub, followed by a thorough rubbing with a dry, coarse towel, is beneficial. Get plenty of outdoor exercise, breathing deeply while exercising. For constipation, which is one cause of poor circulation, go on an eliminating diet and use herbal laxatives.
The following herbs are good to increase the circulation: gentian root, skullcap, vervain, catnip, spearmint, peppermint, rue, valerian.
Take African red pepper in No. 1 size gelatin capsules, one capsule one hour before each meal, drinking s full glass of water or more with each capsule.
