500 g meat. 150 ml groundnut oil
1 large onions. 3 tablespoons groundnut
2 large tomatoes. Pepper and salt to taste
1 Wash and cut up meat into neat pieces. Fry in hot oil until slightly brown. Add some cold water and simmer until meat is tender. Allow the water to evaporate and broken meat. Remove and keep covered in a warm place.
2 Fry onion, pepper, and tomatoes make into a gravy.
3 Mix the groundnut paste with a little water to a thin paste, and add to gravy. Stir well. Season.
4 Add meat and about 150ml water. Simmer gently until the consistency is thick. Stir occasionally.
Fish may be used instead of meat.
