2 cups beans. 1 cup corn
1 large onion. 1 teaspoon ground small pepper or Cayenne
6 whole peppers (ground). 1 teaspoon ground shrimps
2 medium tomatoes. Salt to taste
2 smoked fish
1 egg
1 Wash corn and beans. Boil together until soft and pulpy. Add salt to taste.
2 Add palm oil, ground peppers, tomatoes. Stir well with a wooden spoon and allow to cook over low heat for about 5 minutes.
3 Add ground shrimps and washed and flaked smoked fish. Stir well and continue cooking for 10 minutes.
4 Serve in a vegetable dish. Garnish with slices of hard boiled egg.
