Tapioca pudding

1 cup of tapioca                                                250 ml milk

2 eggs.                                                                1 teaspoon sugar

Grated nutmeg

1 Wash tapioca thoroughly. Put in a saucepan with the milk.

2 Boil for 5 minutes and draw it aside and let tapioca swell very slowly for about 30 minutes.

3 Beat up the egg and add with the sugar and nutmeg.

4 Stir well and pour into a well-greased pie dish. Bake in a moderately hot oven until set.
