Banana mousse

1 teaspoon lemon juice.                 400 ml evaporated milk (undiluted)

100 g castor sugar.                          1 teaspoon vanilla

1 Mash the bananas to a pulp and add the lemon juice.

2 Mix in the sugar. Fold in the whisked milk and stir in the vanilla

3 Pour into the ice-tray of a refrigerator and chill for 3 – 4 hours or until firm.
