Beef tea custard

125 ml beef tea.                                                          1 egg

Pinch of salt

1 Beat the egg and add the beef tea and seasoning.

2 Pour into a small greased basin and cover with grease proof paper.

3 Steam very gently for about 20 minutes or until set.

4 Turn out, garnish with a little parsley if available, and serve hot.
