500 g potatoes. Chopped parsley
3 spring onions. Thick mayonnaise dressing
Vinaigrette dressing. Seasoning
1 Wash, peel, and cook potatoes until they are done, but still firm. Drain and allow to cool a little.
2 When they are cold enough to be handled easily, cut them into slices or cubes.
3 Marinade in the vinaigrette dressing for half an hour. Marinade is a mixture consisting of vinegar or lemon juice, oil and flavoring in which meat, fish, vegetables etc, are steeped for a short time before cooking to give additional flavor.
4 Mix potatoes with chopped spring onions, mayonnaise, and seasoning.
5 Put the salad on a glass dish, sprinkle with chopped parsley. A little finely grated cheese may be added to vary the flavor of the salad.
Bon appetite!
